This piece saved my sanity in the beginning of the pandemic. Listening to it helped keep me calm.

I am also very grateful for Arvo Pärt's music. Helped me to process difficult times, too.

Flabbergasted by this unique blend of music and pictures. Faces transfixed and lost in contemplation of the horror, a boundless desert....I think it as a powerful and almost anatomycal definition of the tragic core of human existence. Great uploading, thanks a lot, Eleni

I greatly worship this musical work , for it soothes so wonderfully my soul ,when it is saddened by something.

The music is eternal, the video images have an all too definite life span. No harm in closing the eyes, it might feel like just a minute then.

I understand. Arvo Pärt uses a different time for his compositions. Another time that we know nowadays. It's a time out of our timeline.

interesting. I'm not familiar with his films, only his scripts for comics. Especially the Incal series together with the draughtsman Moebius.

Wow! With seconds to go the video was interrupted by a loud political ad! 😢

Great photography, but as a video this is tortuously long and extremely monotonous, as is the score. At least the actors with instruments appear to either be musicians or at least know how to look like they are. I'd call this "Diutius Tormetum".
@brugelxencerf7 жыл бұрын
It's purposefully repetitive, to immerse you in a single feeling. You obviously don't understand the music.

@@brugelxencerf You are thoroughly right about the dipping into one only feelling.
