hoppers work when you put them on the bottom center because there's a hidden connection down there which also works as an input for items or fluid

Yeah I had tried em on the side slots and they work perfectly. and yeah as with every HBMs machine a hopper on the bottom serves as an automatic output like CMB suggested ( and the top as the input for single block machines and the side slot for bigger machines )

cause it is very radioactive. don't deplete the digamma rod completely tho as it is pointless , just get it over 1% depletion and you will be able to recycle it

There is no need for a guide bro , you can place the waste ejector instead of a reactor access hatch in the big reactor and use it to get the nuclear waste out into a chest or a crate directly.

Are you using a custom map or just a normal Minecraft world to test these guns ?? Cause there is a map for MCHeli that has block damage turned off so you can play without damaging the building.
