I have the Cameo 4, do I follow the same directions for the 3? And will the cutting tool still work for the 4?

Hi! Love your tutorials. I tried this tonight on a 1" circle. My cameo 3 kept not etching on the circle. It would go above it. I tried the same design with a pen and pen holder - same settings and it sketched in the right place. Any idea what I'm doing that is causing it to move? Thanks.

Can you use copper or stainless steel blanks also?

In watching your series, you make a second image, which makes 4 passes with the Chomas tool. With the Silhouette Curio tool you only make 2 passes. Am I understanding? Thank you!

Well, technically, you can just do 2 passes, if that is what you want to do. However, the only reason I do the 4 passes, is to deepen the engrave. If you would like to start with just the 2 passes & see what it looks like before removing your piece from the machine, do that & then if you feel you need to deepen the engrave just go back to the software & click send again ! =) Like I said, the extra passes is just to deepen the engrave. =) Happy Crafting !

Yes, you can use the Stippling tool instead of the Chomas Creations tool ! The stippling tool is MUCH cheaper & they both do the SAME EXACT thing !! =) amzn.to/2HYbHmy
