I’m glad they have this product out. Usually the replacement for heavy cream in savory dishes is coconut cream and coconut has such a strong taste 😭

Agreed! Sometimes coconut cream can be a little much 😆. It's nice to have a product with a neutral flavor. And it's soooo smooth 🤤!

I was just talking with my boyfriend about how making inexpensive savory cream sauces can be hard on a vegan diet because most of the non-dairy mild and creams have sugar added. I like cashews, but I don't want to make EVERYTHING out of them 😝, you know?

Real Vegan Weightloss I love cashews as well, but since I don’t have a Vitamix yet, the sauces I’ve tried have been too grainy so I don’t try anymore. I’ll be curious to see how the heavy cream plays into different sweet & savory dishes.

Just found this the other day. I'm hoping to make an alfredo sauce for my daughter who is dairy free. I swear the kid went into a depression when we figured out it was dairy that was making her feel so bad. She hates anything coconut so I'm hoping she doesn't detect it! You're a funny gal! Awe, I hope she likes it too! It used to really bug me that almost every vegan dairy substitute that I would buy tasted like coconut. I've only recently started to like it, I grew up only liking the flavor of young Thai coconut. Ooh sounds good, I hope it turns out 🤞😃 Thank you 🤗! It does but it's very mild. It's more like an after taste. Hope that helps 🙂

If I make the whipped cream. And store it in the fridge. Do you know how long it would be good for? Do I use it within 24hrs or can it be good for a couple of days?

I would say you can pre whip it. I accidentally whipped the entire carton while filming this video and the whip kept its structure until I used it all 💕

I do, I think it would make your smoothies super rich and creamy as long as they aren’t too acidic, I imagine it might break/separate more easily with too much acid. Sorry for the late reply! I didn’t receive a notification for your comment 😅

Mine was semi solid with some liquid .. like when I shook it I couldn’t hear anything like it was stiff so once I opens it the nozzle was clogged with a thick build up of product. That’s weird ! And it’s not expired I literally just bought them
