Let's make Coffee Leche Flan (Coffee Flan) ♥
Today's recipe is a super easy and delicious favorite Filipino classic dessert that coffee lovers will definitely enjoy! Leche Flan or Crème Caramel is a popular dessert made with eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and sugar. This is usually served in family gatherings or any special events. My family normally makes leche flans on holidays to give to our relatives, friends and neighbors, and because Christmas is near I am craving for it! I enjoy eating leche flan with coffee since the dessert it sweet and the slightly bitter coffee balances it out. Coffee flan or coffee leche flan isn't a new flavor but I figure I'd share with you how I make my Coffee Leche Flan. It's soft, smooth and silky. The taste of the coffee custard paired with caramel is absolutely heaven! Please give it a try ♥

How to Make Coffee Leche Flan (Coffee Crème Caramel)
Llanera Mold: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches)
Steam Time: 35-40 minutes
INGREDIENTS
5 lrg. Egg Yolks
118 ml (1/2 cup) Condensed Milk
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Vanilla Extract
118 ml (1/2 cup) Evaporated Milk
3.6 g (2 tsp) Instant Coffee
31.5 g (2 1/2 tbsp) White Sugar
