fun fact: where i live our equivalent to the FDA stuck a warning onto the reeses pumpkins packaging saying it was high in saturated fat and sugar. this warning has evsn managed to deter ME, a perennial junk food lover, away from them also i think everybody needs to know about how smarties (the good kind, not what we call rockets here), aero bars (aka 10/10 chocolate) and coffee crisp get rebranded to scaries, scaero and coffin crisp for halloween. kitkat is also included among these ranks but they don't change the name and instead just put a spooky cat on the wrapper

My favorite Halloween themed items are lotions and body sprays. Fall just has this calming and relaxing smell to it. Pumpkin, cinnamon apples, crisp fallen leaves, rain, etc. Bath and Body Works, Home Goods and Marshalls have such a fun variety during Spooky Month. I would also find the Halloween pasta and treats, along with some clothes and blankets.
