I still find it funny when the prankers break down laughing before they can deliver their blow and then get cut off. It's like they are so amused by themselves it's great.

I still have a full 90 minute tape of cranks me and a buddy made back around ‘95. We were freaking epic trolls, much ruder than these calls, but funny, we had scripts we’d write out and characters with different voices etc.. My favorite was when I was “Timmy Callahan” full mentally challenged and in need of a Rascal Scooter, I had the guy online for 15 minutes just stumbling my words, or asking dumb questions like, “is it a 4x4? Or if it had a special holder for my Happy Meal” all while sounding mentally challenged. The best part was when it came for time to pay, I just kept giving credit card numbers I’d randomly pick out of the blue. and of course none worked! But the dude was persistent! I have to try and upload that old tape.. Funny times and yes time flies!

From what i learned, Northeastern public access pranking is on point, to the point where that region archived the pranks more often (with exception to Austin Texas with 30-45+ minutes of pranks). Idk, it would be cool if people would make a super compilation of just public access tv prank. It doesnt even have to be in the 90s, theres still public access shenanigans somewhere around government television
