Silver Cloud I II III Series Differences Part 1 of 5

Very interesting, my dad's 1982 a Silver Cloud seem to have a problem stay on, we have to charge the battery for several hours to get the car to run, we brought a new battery thinking that was the issue, however the issue remain the same. So basically something draining the battery. My father had a massive stroke a month ago he's in a rehabilitation center. I've been starting car after I charge the battery but as soon as you disconnect the charger from the new battery the car will not start, what could be the issue.

the clock is in the das.on the cloud 2.on the cloud 1 its in with the fue.l water oil amp. gauges.
