The unicorn first appeared on the royal coat of arms in the 12th century under King William I. In the 15th century, King James II and his successors added unicorns to coins, shields, and coats of arms. The unicorn's association with dominance and chivalry was chosen as Scotland's national animal. In Scottish heraldry, unicorns are always depicted with gold chains wrapped around them, which is believed to represent the power of Scottish kings. A crown around the unicorn's neck indicates that it has been brought under the monarch's command.

APMEX is located in the old Oklahoma federal reserve bank branch building. My grandfather was a bank security guard there in the 1930s.

I saw the sovereign is changing colour in 2026, Ik it will be the same gold count but what alloy, more silver, less copper?
@shaunoliver17039 сағат бұрын
I would hazard a guess and say silver as they did use it in the past.

I personally dislike BYB, but like his products.

my gripe was more they were sold as investment items and they were not due to the price point. Thats the crux of it. He makes some nice bits.

Backyard bullion? Just wondering why.

I’d rather have a silver emoji coin from a known refinery than some back alley, artisanal, hobbiest poured bullion if I’m honest.
