The Donald Duck motorbike killed me when I first watched this on VHS back in 1995 as I went to black bush market and the guy there had a 12 videos for £10 and I got this on an ex rental in one of those Videos cases that looked like a book along with some WCW wrestling videos 4 Django's and some soft core movies.

Yes, Panther Squad is utterly incompetent in every way. You don't see that very often. Usually there is at least one aspect of a film that is at least halfway decent, but PS rings all the bells at once. Their method of inserting slomo into a fight scene appears to involve photographing the footage as it runs through an editing machine. There is not enough good content in the thing to even make up a decent trailer! Truly a wonder of the cinema.
