How delightful it will be when they have a new baby between them!

Gentaro’s mate Annie is very cute! He is going to have so much fun with her as he builds his own family! But I hope they send Kintaro with him! They will be lost without each other!

He needs another wife younger not the one that his father rejected that then had a psychological breakdown and is permanently traumatized and basically turned into a loaner that only is hyper-focused on her kids not leaving her I mean defected people seem to not even realize that stuff and just think about him as being not as good of a father is all the other gorillas because it seems like he's by himself a lot it's because of janky and if you think about it that way he is so patient

In this zoo the gorillas seems very sofference, annoying. Their space is very small. Momotaro family gorilla seems more enjoy, and the cape Momotaro is apprensive, ready to defend the other members of family

Isn't that his daughter? If so, its unfortunate they have to mate with each other due to captivity😕 She's 8 years? If not his daughter, why not expand the family. As long as they don't start with she's too young to be a mother if she drags her infant, like one well known 9, now ten year old gorilla does ( the excuse is that the 9/10 year old mother who dragged, rarely fed, etc, her infant was to young). But Annie seems very calm, intelligent, aware. Hoping she's not Shabs daughter and they can expand the troop.

Annie is Shabani’s daughter not Ai. Shabani and Ai are Annie’s parents. Gorilla’s do not mate with their children. Even in the wild 30 year Studies of several different gorilla troops show that none have DNA suggesting that fathers mate with their daughters. Annie and Kiyo on the other hand who are half brother and sister do sometimes mate. This is why Annie will be in birth control. The zoo’s have programs in order to maintain the variety of the mating pool so that inbreeding doesn’t not occur. Annie will eventually be matched with a silverback.
