Hi i just brought the blackstar silverline spécial i don't know how to set the mediums, Presense and resonance. I saw that you use the tap button by holding it douwn and turning the ifs knob but it does not work can someone help please?

For those setting it would be the bass (resonance) / treble (Presence) / isf (mids). so you are correct you would have to simply push down to get those setting. if it doesn't work right off the bat then the amp might be busted I have the 50 special and it always work.
