Same. I immediately bought tickets to see them in a bar in Sacramento, just telling my then-girlfriend and buddy, "No questions, we're going." They were incredible and after the show just came out to the bar to see their pals who went to the show. It was a crowd of maybe 250 -300 people and we were about 10 ft away from Brian and him doing weird cross-eyed faces while singing haha.

It happens early on when you get big opportunities, a member or two gets nervous and the jitters are hard to hold still so it comes out in speed up tempos and since you cant start over, everyone has to play along.....still sounded pretty solid tho

I found this song while going through an incredibly awful experience. Was playing guitar hero or something like it and this song came on. I was on guitar, playing it felt like an eternity but in a very, very comforting way. Something about it felt like it saved me. I will never forget it and have a love for this song ever since.

Dont get me wrong Smashing Pumpkins is one of the best alt bands that have been but Silversun Pickups wakes us up to what we loved best about this music.
