The high desert in general does not have the infrastructure, the 15 fwy is our only major hwy to get up and down the hill. 15000 new homes is definitely going to overwhelm the 138 and the 15, the 138 is already overwhelm at times. With all that being said I’m looking forward to seeing the community and potentially buying there, but they need to figure out something regarding building more alternative routes to get up and down the hill.

Well it takes us 35min to get on the 138 at the 15 from Hesperia I can only imagine how much more traffic it will have.

Jess Ranch in apple Valley has very nice 55+ community with condos or Homes for sale and they are gated let me know if your interested in buying. The community is coming this winter and yes the high desert is growing and Hesperia is working on infrastructure and community around this new neighborhood. The brightline west train is coming don’t know if people will use it to commute instead of driving to see what’s going to happen. Thanks for for watching
