Someone should teach *Duncan* that if you build small road grids like that, literally *32% of your entire city area* is taken up by roads. That's why long rectangles or even curved cities are always superior to grid cities. Applies to real life too. Man, if they just were able to fix this game so you could build freely in the whole region without interruption or tiny plots, i'd play the shit out of this game and probably even prefer it to Cities Skylines. Is it an impossible dream? No Man's Sky redeemed itself, i wish SimCity could too

Sadly on a technical level SimCity just wouldn’t work on a larger scale due to the design of the engine, even Cities Skylines had to make sacrifices to achieve it’s map size, but with modern PCs and better optimisation I’m sure it’s possible. I would love to see a new similar game though with an improved engine though… imagine a full size version of this region you could completely cover with a city.

Why does Steve or whoever always tell them to turn off game audio? This is so dull to watch, in game terms. Zero atmosphere. Love the fellas, and their banter, but i mean at the end of the day we're here watching a stream to watch a game too, and hear it. I mean Lewis even didnt notice a zombie invasion, neither did we, missed it completely precisely due to no sound.

I think the obvious point Duncan was making was why don't they just put the local fucking price including tax on the label? I get if they did it in an online store but they do it in supermarkets too. It's just to make things seem cheaper on the shelf than they really are. 99 cents looks way better on a label than 1 dollar-whatever

Daltos, dont feel bad. I've been a 30 year old man with 5 bucks in my bank account. Things will get better. Also, lol at taxes in games like this. at 15% people riot and leave the city. Meanwhile in real life i'm living in a 48% tax "paradise", no riots in the streets over that (which is frankly insane when you think about it, we SHOULD riot over such madness).
