Sim Dashboard is Back For FS25 and now on iOS

Thanks FSG! Knew you would be one of the first to come with new screens! For those who see no Farming Simulator 25 option in SimDashboard: For some reason my SimDashboard Server was not showing FS25. Checking for updates claimed it is up to date, no new version available. When I checked the website it says current version is 3.19.0.0. My version was older. Quick fix: download the new version from the official website, exit the running SimDashboard Server and start the installation.

It's great thx, one thing I really like is that when using your dashboard I can skip the initial super boring setup of controls on my wheel & sticks and tweak them as I go along... you cover the basic stuff I need so I can enjoy my first play without having to go in and out of menus, that's awesome and kind of a new experience. This is amazing, FSG. Runs like a dream on my iPad. Thank you so much to everyone involved 👏 Has anyone else noticed that the minimap compass headings are reversed? Also true of the N/NE/E etc guides that your sim dash shows. That’s clearly a Giants thing rather than an FSG thing, of course, and it takes nothing away from the stunning dashboard you’ve created.

This is perfect. Just bought the FS25 for my 6 year old grandson. The pictures help so much. We have had a few “meltdowns “ with the Grandson… lol… this will help so much… and for Grandpa also😂. This is all new to me… I’m an avid FlightSim guy. Have my own cockpit set up, I use SPAD . Next and Stream Decks. This seems so much easier, especially when someone else configures it… thanks so much!!!

I love your videos and really appreciate the hard work that you put into them. This Sim Dashboard which you have created is probaly the best I have seen. The only adjustment that I have made is I have changed the tractor light switch to on and off rather than the on , front , rear cycle that is operated via the F key. If you change it to CTRL and F it operates as a on off. Hope you don't mind. Many thanks again. PS This also works on FS22 as I haven't taken the plunge for FS25 yet.

Runs FS 25 and World of Warcraft at the highest setting at 1080p without ray tracing. Sure, it's not as flashy as my big power house desktop, but man, the mods you can get on pc are just so good

@ it could be done with consoles though. Other games this is possible, for example some racing games allow you to get a rev counter on your phone and that’s directly connected to the console, no PC needed

All they need is some extra code to pass the data via Bluetooth, almost all tablets have BT so it’s very doable

What instantly comes to mind is a mapping for change dumping "mode" (left side, right side, grain door, different hopper bottom). A nice feature would be to show the helper menu on the iPad. I have a full size racing rig and a wheel for farm sim for it ("default" circular wheel), but I would really like to not need a mouse for any input as it breaks immersion. So happy that the dashboard is out for iPad OS now = instant purchase. Let me play around a little and maybe I come up with other ideas which may or may not be useful. ;)

I can't show the helper menu, it doesn't pull that info through. I like the dump mode button, even though I wouldn't be able to have a state change on the button.

@@TheFarmSimGuy I think the state change is not really necessary as long as it works. Personally, a change of colour when touching the button is fine as feedback from the screen. As for the helper mode, you can't have everything. Thanks for answering so quickly!

No it should work sometimes the connection between the tablet and pc is lost, usually a quick restart of the tablet and PC sorts it

I am using the SimDashboard but the buttons in the app on my iPad don't do anything. For example I was pressing the engine start button whilst I was sat in the tractor and nothing happened, I had to use my joystick button to start the engine. The app is showing the time of day and speed of the vehicle but the engine and lights etc don't register. I have paid the Pro version and done exactly what I need to do to pair it up with my PC and Farming Simulator 25 but no luck. Am I missing something?? Love the video, I just wish I could do what you are doing.

Try rebooting your tablet that can help establish the connection with your pc alternatively in the PC app you can manually add your device using its IP address

Got the dashboard added to my pad but I cannot get it to sync with any vehicles, the controls work but I’ve got no game data on the screen, using an iPad

Try rebooting both the iPad and PC that can trigger it, also manually adding the IP of the iPad to the app on PC can help (in the devices section)

how do you make it so that if you touch the dashboard it works on screen? mine just vibrates and thats it.

It should just work straight away once you download the dashboard! What tablet are you using?

Interesting, i just set mine up last night and it wasnt a listed option, had to make a custom button box to get it to work

How do I remove your old screens (FS22) from my tablet, I've been going in circles try to figure this out.

If you double tab the sxcreen to bring up thhe red bar, then click on the three dots in the top right corner, you have the option to remove the design

@@TheFarmSimGuy TY sir. You probably mentioned some place, I assume at some point you're going to add Enhanced Vehicle to the bottom of the 25 screen. After all the commands changed from 22, I had to write out a cheat sheet and hang it up. Any idea why he can't have a green line when it locks the track, seems like the previous did. Much easier to do visual cues for commands that play twister with my fingers on the KB.
