This is by far the most informative and straightforward video I have been able to find on this topic. As such, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to put this information out there in a relatively clear and concise manner. You rock, and thanks bunches, Sir! Now, I get to go home and figure out if my Denon AVR-3808ci will function properly as an amp for a set of small shakers, so I can get more going than the current [singular] Buttkicker 2 Gamer that I have bolted under my BMW seat. Joy!

I want to dip in here and say that I have a NAD 711AV that would not drive Dayton TT25 shakers from the rear channel for some reason (I assume OHM mismatch?). I poured over docs but never found out why. Fortunately I happen to have a monster Marantz SR6003 with a dead HDMI stage that my brother didn't want so I used it and the 7.1 joy that comes with. It is insanely overkill although I have six shakers now but only four deployed.

What I did for a "Gas Wheel Slip" effect is to check the Use separate channels settings then map one of the effects to the front channel tuned for a Brake Lock or Understeer effect, then map the other to the rear channel. This sort of works like the old build but I have noticed some bleed over between the two channels.

I would just like to see how you have wired it all up. Thank for your videos on this topic, they are very helpful.
@2Old4Forza

wiring is a snap. 3.5mm male to dual 1/4" male. This goes from soundcard out on PC into the inputs on AMP. Then just wire up 1 shaker on channel A, and 1 shaker on channel B and you are done. same as wiring up a couple of speakers

Useful vid for sure. I always use Simvibe with 4 Buttkicker advanced in Chassis mode plus one Aura under the seat in Extensions. You are running a thousand watt amp for a 400 max watt buttkicker and a 50 watt Aura. That sounds way to much power for those transducers. Are you just careful with the volume on your amp? i guess it's a quarter way up if that. I will give Simhub a go just to see if i can use it, If i can, i will be honest enough to come back here to give feedback

Can you tell me? how many do they need? I saw somewhere that there were 5 pieces, 2 in front, 2 in the back and one big one on the chair in the back area - but I don’t understand how many amplifiers are needed then - and maybe you can tell me which setup will be optimal for racing - I will be very grateful to you !

But my problem is when I want to listen to music, watch movies or play other games. I can't get bass shaker and sound of the speakers at the same time. My Dayton bass shaker plays all the audios when using soundcard 1, instead of just play bass sounds. But soundcard 2, which is connected to speakers is not working. It will support as many shakers as u have channels/ amps for. If you want shakers to be independent they need a dedicated channel. For 6 channels you probably need 2x 4 channel ams or 4 x 2 channel amps. I would start with 4 shakers on 1 amp and see how it feels you can always get a 2nd, or 3rd amp later. Dont skimp on the amp.

It was just my documents folder it wanted to delete. I backed up and then let it delete the folder, then moved my control .cfgs and .lut file back into the new folder. Everything is working now. It then tried to launch vanilla AC, I closed and then altered the launch path to Content Manager. It now launches right to CM. I brought my control and .lut settings back into CM, and it is all recognized fine. Then I easily set the sound device output, and I'm currently driving around an oval track tweaking the effects in windowed mode. This program is much better than Sim Commander. Just the fact that the engine vibration can be dependent on load and it automatically gets the RPM is so much better. And I can actually name and copy effects.
