I would like to send my condolences and apologize to every person on Roblox who has played Vehicle Simulator over the last 7 years. Im absolutely shocked that the creator acted like a criminal by attempting to bring a gun into RDC. No wonder why VS was falling behind and I barely played it.

You forgot to mention that SimBuilder got arrested by the police, but yeah, this is very unfortunate for VS. I was a little big on VS back in 2018, but nothing crazy. I have the McLaren P1 with 1.7 or 1.8K miles on it. Roblox car games have just been on the sheer decline in general. I hope DLX will be good, and that Midnight Chasers becomes a good game too.

Vehicle Simulator is probably still up because it holds one of the Ready Player Two event items (Rick's Boombox) Every item is supposed to be obtained even after the event "ended."

I know that this is kind of old but even if other devs do have access to edit the game they wont because of reasons: 1. They wont get robux because its on simbuilders "account" 2. They dont care about the game 3. not really a reason but they dont care about the game anymore

Hey Venom! Just so you know, Vehicle Sim is under new ownership! And the game is currently being revived right now. If you want to play new version, search up Vehicle Simulator Redux. The car models are accurate (yes the Murcielago has been redone) and the developer is currently adding even more stuff.

I remember I used to play VS all the time. But then I got caught up with other games and forgot about it. I recently started playing it again, like maybe a week ago. And I just now found out about all this. I'll definitely miss VS. I'm still going to play it of course, I do still love the game, but I'll miss this game when it's broken and unplayable. Cause this game was one of the first I ever played on Roblox. Rip VS. I hope there ends up being another game like this one someday.

It should stay up for theoretically forever as Simbuilder's Roblox account is banned and therefore (I believe) incapable of making it non playable. It won't however ever receive another update as he also is incapable of updating the game without his actual account.

I remember seeing his twitter during later years of covid and him being mentally unstable over it and making very heated and charged political statements that people were like very confused and not wanting to hear it from him. I feel pandemic may had affected his mental health made him go crazy which led to him being arrested. I think i am happy police stopped him before he could done something with that gun
