Kitt Legit He is absolutely ruthless when I’m filming. He knows he’s not allowed on the counter and if he just keeps bugging me eventually I’ll lure him away with food or treats. He’s too smart.

Marie Johnson = You should go to your local farm, and get some Raw Cow's Milk and some eggs for the kids, i'm sorry but kale & any other plant food isn't enough to help kids grow up strong & healthy they can still be vegetarian...

@@nickjames6687 The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the largest organization of nutritionists and dieticians say that a Vegan diet can be applied to any person of all walks of life. Newborns, pregnant women, old people, anyone. Idk what the fuck you're claiming here. Plus, the yolks in a single egg has more cholesterol than the daily recommended intake as per Harvard Nurses study. Milk causes a build up of mucus in the throat and a majority of people are intolerant of it.

I love these! I am so inspired to make kale chips now! One thing about using tahini or even cashew butter -- with the BBQ and Ranch, you can use a mini whisk and mix them right in the bottom of your big bowl.

I made the Nacho Cheez blend last night with a couple of tweaks and they were a hit! I quadrupled the recipe but instead of 1 cup cashews total, I only used 1/2 cup and then added a can of rinsed and drained navy beans to reduce the fat. I also added turmeric, ground flax and lemon juice. Liquid smoke would make a nice addition too, but I forgot it this time. I like to sprinkle the kale with salt just before it goes in the oven and split the batch between the Breville air fryer (using Bake mode), part in a regular oven and part in a dehydrator. I found the oven to be the greatest challenge in getting them to crisp but the Breville and dehydrator came out perfect. Watch it carefully and you'll have perfect, inexpensive kale chips! Can't wait to try the Ranch recipe next. Thanks so much for the inspiration, Derek!
