Thank you Simon for being reasonable and logical and not just saying things about high line and style of play. The problem yesterday was young/ weak mentality. We need fight and resolve from the players not just nice style of play. The players need to learn from this and know we are not there yet but still learning and building, especially mentally.

Spurs were not brilliant in the first half they were OK and Brighton were poor both Spurs goals down to errors in the Brighton team other than that they hardly threatened. In the second half Spurs were OK but Brighton were much better than the first half this was the difference in the game.

Take advantage of tired, spent, undisciplined defense. And score the third. 4. Learn to win the game by lowering the line to bottle up fatigued Spursies. Tottenham: 1. Shell shock the opponent early. Miss couple chances to put away, but convince themselves to feel good. 2. Convince themselves the game was won at 45:01. And get blasted by Mitoma & Co from the left while still playing the same “beautiful Angie football” fully knowing their legs have gone heavy. 3. Lose concentration and lose the winning goal. 4. Can’t play the beautiful “Angie ball” with heavy legs against adjusted, lower, “in-order-to-win” Brighton line. A perfect illustration of Angie not able to adjust during the game. It’s easy to coach a team to play open and exiting football but that doess not create winners. Even Citeh dont play exiting football with the players they have. Citeh, Arsenal and Pool have built strong resilient sides because they know this is a long old season and a tough league, Ange thinks he can come here play like that like the top 3 clubs haven’t already worn that best football in the league medal and found it tough to win regularly, man needs to humble himself.
