Simons Town my neighbour when I lived in Fish Hoek. I love the town so much history especially with the Navy that dates back so many moons. The Ghost Walk is really very nice and so much to see. Wonderful idea to bring this footage to us - well done. A video that brought back so many memories. Thank you and keep up the good work. I will be on the next one!!

Hi guys loved this tour right up my alley. Andre was a real character from homeless to starting a little tour business .Young nicky was a very interesting and pleasant tour guide and her being able to refer to her own experiences as a local adds it to another level she kept it rolling along seamlessly. ( one bit of info about the navy the white cover over the back of neck is called a dickie the jack tars = sailors wore their hair in ponytails kept tidy by smearing it with tar so the dickie kept the tar off the uniforms that's why they are jack tars ) loved the grave yard stories. History hauntings and atmosphere and in the background people partying really enjoyed this video thanks for taking me along cheerio till the next one

I lived right next Simonstown school in a 10 bedroom Victoria style house called "Nicoldene" before it was demolished to extended the school in the late 60s The ARK ROCK cafe was across the road at the bottom entrance Back then all races lived together until they had to move to Ocean View and Slangkop That was sad as i had lotta mixed race friends I came there in 1963 and learned how to fish from that same jetty That was best part off my life The Criterion Bioscope was called the Bughouse Is there anyone out there that still remember our school principal Mr GAIN And then the wooden raft at Seaforth beach We loved to play in the cementry only at daylight😂 Wish i could have that years back again Thanks for the memory lane video Oh yes our disco joll place was Purple and Soda in Muizenberg Keep well and lets hear if anyone can add stories to this great town❤

Hi Curtis, Sonia, Dusty , and Sandy . Loved the video of the ghost walk. Enjoyed the historical accounts and seeing the buildings. I did note that at 50:56 , there was a disturbance on the playback. Any explanation for this ? Could it be evidence of something paranormal?

I sneaked that special effect in there for a bit of fun. 😁👻 My footage didn't show anything out-of-the-ordinary. I'm glad you enjoyed the experience, it was something different which we never thought we'd do.
