I have mrgshira moon 27 degree Taurus (apprx) and Mrgshira Venus 6 degree Gemini , I keep thinking about how to multiply wealth, it's not I'm after money it's like an interest like collecting coins....I was raised in rather humble background but lucky enough to enjoy some luxuries of life...in reality I'm always searching for something...something has to be there for me to chase.....a peaceful but restless soul :)

You're right! I thought of five things to say about Mrga after I pressed Stop Record. One thing about Mrga is the tendency to either stalk or be stalked by others. They become fascinated by people or ideas and go on a quest to obtain them. In Gemini, it's typically an intellectual quest; in Taurus on the physical level. Some movie stars with Mrga prominent are famous for having stalkers. More on this and other interpretations in my course- Nakshatra Secrets. By the way, I like that you feel Rohini got too much attention- that's what ALL the nakshatras felt!

@@simonchokoisky Sir, thanks so so so much for acknowledging the observation (which I understand would be felt by all nakshatras for Rohini) I know of a lot of mrigashira people and I totally agree they like to stalk. I have noticed a lot of issues with regards to incest (in some way or form) depending on which house or planet is influencing this nakshatra. My salutations to you. Hi Simon! I am a Mrigashira ascendant (2 degree Gemini) with my moon in purva phalguni (16 degree). Used to think something was wrong with me cause I wanted to be so compassionate... and I thought so many thoughts even when I was young for no apparent reason. Literally just popped up in my head and have learned to control them. In reading and studying my own chart I know now it’s just part of the nakshatra therefore part of me. I do control it very well now! But being a strong piscean with my sun (11 degree) and Venus in (27 degree also my atmakaraka) BOY DOES MY IMAGINATION RUN WILD 🤣

Hi Simon, I'm only 11 mins into the video and I'm already love it. You translate Shiki to be a comet, but in certain Nadi cultures in Kerala, a lot of astrologers refer to Rahu as 'Sarpam' and to Ketu as 'Shiki'. Do you think that translation would apply in this context?

Good observation, but no. Because RA/KE have no declination, the authors specifically say the "Shikhi" has to fly two to five degrees below the sun's path through the rohini cart. RA and KE cannot do that because they do not have a body and do not stray from the ecliptic. But you're right- KE is known as Shihki! Thanks for your question!

Hi Simon. When you were talking about Rohini Shakata Bheda, I recalled a story related to Krishna. The story goes like, as Krishna was born (being Rohini native), there was a great flood in Yamuna river and Krishna's father Vasudeva had to carry him through that flood.Can this story be co-related with Rohini Shakata Bheda?
