An Informative video indeed, plz id appreciate if you could answer the following question. I've been lately getting pain at both sides of my hip when I try high side or hook kick. I'm flexible and fully pivote my hip and supporting leg when performing the moves yet I get this dull pain which sometimes lasts for days and especially at nights,could I possibly damage my hips labrum ?

That is an interesting issue. 🤔 do you have passive and dynamic flexibility? Can you get the same range slow and fast? It sounds like you might be tweaking your muscles by doing the kicks dynamically st a higher you haven’t trained passively. Try the kick in slow Motion holding a chair or wall for balance and let me know if it still hurts please.
