The most successful and productive employer and employee relationships include open communication, active listening, trust and mutually respected boundaries. When people can come to the table with an open mind and choose to work together to find mutually acceptable solutions everyone benefits.💛 Great clip✨

Thank you for your wise advice. I think being flexible on both sides being an employer and employee, make them relax and free to communicate openly and build trust as well..🙏

I searched for laboral flexibility for many years, now I work from home on my time, and I don't need 8 hours to finish my tasks, I only need 4 hours, because in my house I am very productive.

Why work later if you start late? Most aren’t productive in those last hours of their days. Having the option to continue if on a wave is good but those on the six hour day may be more productive than those trying to cover the eight hour day no matter how they shift it and split it.

Productivity is a dirty concept and measures of productivity are often toxic. Productivity often means waste. What good is productivity if it isn’t effective? Effectiveness is much more important to seek though even seeking it can result in wrongful understanding and trimmings. After all, someone may be working in something that may not pay out till decades later, kind of like all those RNA researchers with subsequent mRNA work. If you were measuring their productivity, you’d have fired them decades ago. Decades ago, even if you had measured their effectiveness, you’d have shut down the programs. Productivity often stands in the way of creativity while creativity will secure your future. Creativity has parts that need focused work though it also needs time off. It needs time away to allow ideas and concepts to stew. Learning in both Complicated and in Complex environments can take time yet such time appears unproductive. Being Aporetic is highly valuable yet appears unproductive. Jumping in to be productive can be highly counterproductive especially in the Complex.
