15 years old and homeless and you managed to persuade wealthy homeowners in Cambridge to give you £££'s to maintain their gardens. Whilst having no experience or any equipment, you then masterfully acquired 50% of the costs upfront. A short 3 months later you are then employing 20 people to maintain these agreements. I’ve started my cleaning business by having my own clients like 3 actually and people have asked me for my number. I work two jobs cleaning houses I work really hard. I changed my life around over a year for the better I’m really proud of myself I came really far. I also work two jobs and there cleaning businesses. I’ve been having the worst luck this year I’ve got into two accidents where I was hit and they left the scene and my Nissian Sentra was totaled and I didn’t have insurance and then my next car I had to get a vehicle fast I bought 800$ Honda Accord and I got rear ended and I got my car impounded. Now I got another car and it has all kinds of problem over heating everything I just want to be able to drive a decent car to point a to point b and it’s hard because I have bills to paid and I don’t even get the chance to ever treat myself anymore because I’m just trying to save every scent I can. And it really frustrates me everyday dealing with this if you can please help me I would appreciate it so much. Hi Simon, I have been wathcing your videos for some time now and I love how genuine you are, I've also been hoping to bump into you on the streets of London so that I could tell you my idea. Anyway, you said to drop ideas into the comments so here it goes. My idea is big, I would like to develop a forrest school to teach young children all about the forrest and how it can provide everything you need to survive. All about the animals, herbs, trees, insects and so on. This school would also have a co working space where adults could come and work whilst the children learn about nature. It would have a coffee shop that also served food, a garden where the school grows all its own produce, a workshop where people come to upcycle and fix items a studio for yoga and meditation. So it would be a real community hub where everyone is welcome. This school would need workers to run the garden, cafe, kitchen, grounds and so on and this is where we would have a foundation of full time professional workers but I would like to offer positions to homeless people so that they could gain valuable skills and be around positve and supportive people. Once trained they would then be able to find a full time position out in the world. Simon, I need your help to make this come true. Hi Simon I’ve been watching your videos via Facebook over the past few months which I genuinely love and enjoy watching and it’s fascinating to seehow many people turn you down on the offer to start their own business just goes to show how we are so brain washed by main stream and it’s looked down on if you don’t have a 9-5 I am 19 years old and a student who just doesn’t enjoy what they do and to me these wages that are advertised like 60k a year which sounds like a big figure to everyone just doesn’t interest me coming home the same time as everyone else stuck in rush hour it’s not a life I look foward to prior to college I worked for my dads company doing house clearances which is a lot more free and enjoyable because I’m working with my family. But seeing your videos has made me want to go follow my passions which I think would be more beneficial for myself and future like I love fitness and going to the gym and helping my friends get fit and feel the best versions of themselves So I think there’s potential there because I enjoy it and enjoy helping others but I don’t know how that can start a business is there any help or advice that you could give me to venture down that path instead of the miserable matrix life because with fitness if I get big enough comes come fitness products,supplements the whole lot I see a market in and would love to put all my energy into something I’m genuinely passionate about instead of something that’s just going to get me by and be away 28 days of the year having to squeeze in my family and friends time

I'd love to start a gardening company (17 yesrs experience) but asking people for money upfront is a no no nowadays. Too many folk don't have trust in this because of these dodgy builders or gardners taking money and not completing jobs. Money for everyone is a factor in doing this. Working week to week. living paycheck to paycheck leaves nothing to even start saving and put things in motion. Your videos inspire me to do more but I already work 60 odd hours a week for very little pay.

First one is the best . Always said one real estate agent could handle all the sales in Sydney Australia if it was run properly with the owners opening the property at a fraction of the cost and great idea10 % of profit could go into housing for the poor. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE

I just don't see the house plant idea working. Many popular house plants like cacti and succulents thrive on neglect so don't require much care. The most common way they die is by people over watering them. Plus they're inexpensive to buy so not really worth paying for their care. Also in the U.K house plants are pretty much dormant and require almost no work for 5 or 6 months of the year and might need repotting once a year if you're lucky. Sorry for the negative comment lol I had a similar idea for aquariums in people's homes or anywhere with a waiting room.

From my point of view you need to have experience in this sector or you need qualifications. I’m from Belgium and it’s not possible to start something like this in front of owners that’ll need a guarantee. Besides how was when you were younger is not the same actually. Maybe in Uk you can still do this. But here unless you are advised by people that are in a position to put trust on you and this is like wining the lottery for it’s not the best alternative.

Hi Nath, The best way to come up with meaningful business ideas isn't to simply ask "What can I do?" Instead ask yourself "What problem in the world do I want to solve?" For example, when I was homeless at 15 years old, I had no one to help me start a business. I had to learn the hard way. That's why today I want to help 10,000,000 people start and grow a business for free! Purpose and solving a problem which matters to you is far more important than many think!
