Back when I was still bboying the airflare was still considered a "new powermove." I got all the other powermoves down from windmills, flares, turtles, headspins, but the airlare was a hurdle I was never able to pull off. Now in my 40's, I am considering going back to learn the airflare just so I can cross off my list of 3 airflares 😆 My wife however most likely will not agree to this idea
@shrimpmontvtv27284 жыл бұрын
That is awesome!!! Too hard for me... Would you make windmil and flare tutorial videos?
@ricobigbronxbeard27593 ай бұрын
Yeah definitely start with Windmills, then Flares and finally the Air Flares. Learning those in that order will provide you with Fundamentals and condition your body and help build up arms and core. In that way, You will be way less prone to injury. If you haven't already, start working out with calisthenics and weights

This is one of the better tutorials out there for sure! I have a question @ 4:35. The right leg is the part I have the most trouble with and I've been told several different things about how to fix it. If it shouldn't be kicked "back," it should still be kicked in some way right? Rather than just keeping it straight? So confused about this! Mine always falls towards the ground or I catch and I am so low that I can't possibly attempt a 2nd. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have 1 vid uploaded and it is an airflare attempt, if anyone would be willing to check it out. Peace and thank you!
