I I tried my first ever cake on my bday but failed. 2 nd attempt on my brother's bday, again failed. Today is my 3 rd attempt, on my parents wedding anniversary. My father forgot dis day which made my mother emotional and of course sad😢 I m going to prepare dis spongy cake for her n I don't want to fail dis time👊✌ Okk I'm done. It was a good one. Update - it turned out soft and tasty. In case anyone was wondering I made 8 cupcakes from this amount of batter and baked it for 20 mins at 180 in the convection oven.
