INGREDIENTS:
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 Cup/125-130 grams
* Vanilla custard Powder (वनीला कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Curd (दही) - 1/4 Cup
* Condensed milk (मिल्कमेड) - 1/4 Cup
* Sugar powder (पिसी चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल ) - 1/4 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Vanilla essence (वनीला एसेंस) - optional
RECIPE:
Keep a pan on the flame and put a stand in it and cover it. Preheat the pan on slow flame. If you are using Microwave Convection/OTG then preheat it also.
Grease the Cake Tin with Oil/Ghee/Butter and dust some All Purpose Flour in it.
In a bowl, put some All Purpose Flour, Vanilla Custard Powder, Baking Powder, Curd, Condensed Milk, Powdered Sugar and Oil in it and add Milk gradually to make the Cake batter. Then add some Vanilla Essence in the batter and mix it well. Then put the batter in the ready Cake Tin and put it in the preheated pan. Bake the Sponge Cake in it for 30 mins on low to medium flame. You can also bake the Cake in Microwave Convection/OTG at 180 degree for 25 mins.
Keep the Baked Cake for cooling down and then demould the Cake. Enjoy the Super Soft Vanilla Sponge Cake with your family.

Thnku sooo much mam maine bhi try kiya same bn gya bhut hi acha or easy idea hai aapka.....pehle kabhi acha nhi bna mere se maine cake bnana hi chod diya tha...but aapka style dekha to selh dekh kr same bnaya or bn gya soft n spongy .....thnku sooo vrt much🙏🙏
