Hi! I'm watching your videos for a year now and I've become quite good in doing hairstyles. Before I start watching your channel, I couldn't even make a regular braid! The first videos I watched was Game Of Thrones hairstyles and I think you do the best tutorials! I, also, appreciate the fact you don't use hair extentions or many hair products because in this way you make it look easy for anyone to do it! Your videos have helped me A LOT, thank you so much and I wish you good luck in everything you do! :)

I just started learning too. Anytips on how to get better at 4, 5 strand braids? I get the concept but mine are never neat and have twists every now and then.
@efiwitch64176 жыл бұрын
iashrai hi! I don't often do four or five strand braids, to be honest. But, a good tip that usually works is to braid on slightly wet hair so that the braids are neat. You can also try to tighten them after every movement. There's also a video by Silvouplaits called: 'How to have smooth braids and reduce braid shred' that it might help you :) I hope I helped and good luck with your hairstyles!

I could barely do a french braid before I started watching this channel, everything is explained brilliantly!

Same here! Before I started watching silvousplaits, I could barely manage my hair. I couldn’t part my hair. I could only do a very bad English braid. Every strand had frizz and split ends. Now I’m actually taking care of my hair!

You really inspire me! I tried a lot of vikings braids till now thanks to your great tutorials. I always had a long hair but all that I usually did is english braid or french braid, but you showed how even this simple style of braids work wonder if properly combined with laced ones or ropes! It's stunning to watch your tutorials, thans to you I loved my hair even more! Cause I was never so interested in making some hairstyles until I see how simple it can be here in your channel! Of course some hairstyles are challenging but it fuels the interest! Thank you for your great tutorials! Keep on making them! :)

I‘ve just made the second look. But I have braided the rest of the hair to a big braid, bc at work I can't have my hair open. I have less, thinner and a bit shorter hair, but it worked. Thanks :)) !

No matter what i do.. variations like the french, dutch and lace braids do not show on the front of my head. It’s as tho there is no braid above my forehead base no matter how tight i pull the braids, or even if i twist the roots before braiding. I do not know why, it could be that i have a lot of frizzy baby hair on my head .. but i dont know .. is there any technique im doing wrong that’s causing this? Does anyone face the same problem? Help ?

You should find someone to work with to do men's styles a bit more accurately, or shaved hair styles(I have an undercut, shaved at the sides and back, long on the top, pain in the ass to find simple braiding tutorials on that).
