This is quite an intro quite class. I had heard of this many many years ago but thought it was just a joke. Now that I have seen that you did not put brushes inside the end of a carrot, things are much more clear now, thank you for the clarification! Hehe 🙃! I came from Romania and we did stuff like this with patatoes. We cut the end of the pataoe on what shape we need it. That works very well also.

Yes you can . Just make sure that the cake is not too soft.

Thank you so much for teaching us all this stuff in detail. I always face just one problem with fondant and paint is that my paint doesn't dry at all. Even if I leave it over night. Am I doing something wrong. And how to store fondant cakes. When refrigerated, they sweat when removed and all the paint melts. If u or anyone can plz help. I've also tried putting the cakes in an airtight box and then in the fridge. Still the same problem. Thank you.
