You mentioned using a bandanna in your practice, side note for those in the medical and dental field it’s common that we use scrub caps which protect our hair from any (might be tmi) but bodily fluid and it minimizes hair shedding. But they can easily be charged as well like the bandanna. I do a similar process for my scrubs because the medical field has so much energy flow and you are in contact with so many people in the day. But basically I have a lining inside my scrubs that I’ve hand stitched a sigil inside my pockets so it looks professional but doesn’t show others that I practice to freak them out or make them uncomfortable. I also want to get protection topical safe essential oil to switch for a perfume while I’m working instead. Still on the hunt but will probably edit this comment once I’ve found it.

I like how you use bandanas as protection. They go over the head, symbolically protecting ones mind from manipulation.

So happy to see you making another witchy video! I know people have been...unpleasant towards you, shall we say, and it's affected your practice. I want you to know that I'm a 35 year old mom who just started practicing the craft in January of this year, and I have learned soooooo much from your videos, especially these types of simple, yet effective daily practices. It's KZbinrs like you that have made my witchy life so inspired and fulfilling and meaningful. I'm even considering starting my own channel to showcase my witchy journey from these early stages. Anyway, love the video, as always. I never thought to charge my make-up, so this is another practice I'm excited to experiment with. Blessed be, and happy October. :)

I am an introvert myself as well and I sometimes wear my black tourmaline pendant for protection. When I need to cleanse quickly after meeting very draining people, I gently touch it and say something like "I cleanse myself, I let go of negative energy" in my head. Also, I like to light a candle when putting on my make-up (btw, charging make-up sounds like a good idea). PS I know you want to keep private about your practice and I respect that but maybe you could give us a tiny sneak-peak of your routine, e.g. in for of GRWM or something?

I never thought to use a bandana for protection. As Winter approaches, I wear a lot of hats so this video gave me an idea to add protection to hats and scarves that I wear. Thanks for such an informative video on little ways to infuse protection into the everyday mundane. Blessings to you.

One of my favorite protections is charging my tea (or water)! Though I can’t resist throwing a little prayer or rhyme as I stir. I also add a little extra intention when scrambling/whisking eggs for breakfast but it’s usually for strength for the day or a creative boost ☺️ This was such a reassuring and lovely video. Something I'd like to add is, if you're a crafty person, you can make your own protective jewelry! A few years ago my mom got me this beautiful pentacle necklace but the cord wore out, so I recently remade it with beads, and the act of designing, finding the beads, laying out the beads, and putting the whole thing together felt so incredibly powerful and holy. I cleansed the whole thing afterwards and let the moonlight charge it at night, but it might be a good idea to cleanse/charge your materials beforehand. Not only do I have a beautiful beaded necklace that *I* made almost entirely by myself, it also gives new life to an old necklace and allows me to continue protecting myself just by wearing it 🥰💖

I have been binging your videos for the last couple weeks. You are incredibly personable and genuine and..."normal"? Is that an okay word to use? Probably not, but I'm old so I don't know lol. I appreciate the way that you teach - you've become a real touchstone for me in my spiritual journey. I'm just beginning here...I'm almost 40 but back in the 90s I called myself a Wiccan. I wasn't...I didn't practice anything, I just burned incense a lot and had a witchy aesthetic lol. 20 years later I found myself reading books about quantum physics and I realized magic was real, and I decided to spend more time researching and learning more about witchery. Your channel is my favorite. I know I'm a lot older than you, but I consider you a very important teacher. I know that you've decided to make your channel about more than just witchy stuff - and I think that's great! I look forward to seeing whatever you do. But I'll always be most excited about the witchy stuff ;) Take care of yourself.

I can relate in a sense. I never called myself Wiccan, complete opposite in the sense that I was raised Southern Baptist but it just never really resonated, my spirit just wasn't vibing with it. But inside I was interested in that aesthetic and not just that but it spoke to me. But I just wasn't in a place to fully hear it with so many influences. I'm 40, by the way, and in the past couple of years or so, so many things have been eye opening for me. And yes I fully believe that magic is real now. And that I have so much more power and agency than I realized, it's been empowering, but I still have many moments where I just forget. I don't know where I was going with this but what you said resonated and I do love reading books where it's just a-ha, wow! Anyway that's it, I think. Thanks for listening!
