Dr. Katie..thanks for the videos. My cat Ginger is back to her spicy self. Good to see her play again. Her poo was mucus and bloody once (slippery elm helped immediately)and mostly diarrhea after that. She is finally back to normal, after I Put her on 18 hour fast and changed her food. 😅 Thank You much!

The first time my dog had bloody diarrohea, I panicked and raced off to the vet, who said it was very common in dogs. I did some research and a couple of years later, my dog had really bloody diarrohea, I mixed up the Slippery Elm in the microwave with some tinned pumpkin, mixed up with a tin of sardines in tomato sauce, the following morning, all back to normal, just brilliant stuff.

The check engine sound freaked me a bit. Thought it was my phone alert going off. Slippery elm hasn't helped my 10 -month old, unfortunately. Hope it helps others. Pumpkin seems to help. He kicks it off my finger. 🌠

Wow very interesting,I do have a French bulldog, who struggles with diarrhea if he drinks water with his kibble (he gets watery and bloody stools) it took me a while to figure that out. Vets did all the testing for parasites and viruses like the obvious worms, Parvo, Giardia and Coccidia . They test him for every possible cause and came back all negative. I had to change his food like 4 times with no luck , it just made matters worse. I even tried homemade food and even raw diet. Nothing worked. One day, I noticed that he was very thirsty like he wanted water so much more than food and as soon as he would drink he would literally shoot diarrhea like all the water. So I thought “ what if I give him unlimited water but in a way that he doesn’t drink it in such way, so I bought him a hamster water dropper. Very quickly I saw the change in his stools, no blood and they became increasingly more solid. When I thought he was okay I started giving him water in a bowl and the problem came back, that’s how I figured this out, ( sometimes that never cross the vets minds 🙄 ) “A GUT PROBLEM “what exactly I still don’t know but I do remember he was just fine and one day all of a sudden he started with this condition, I also do remember that he got to a pee pad and according to the dog sitter and she told us that he vomited out something very strange; like a heavy whitish substance it wasn’t good she says. So I’m thinking it was the gelatinous powder that’s in them as well as in diapers for liquid absorption. Anyhow, I don’t know if he has IBS or LG or what but he is quite skinny even though he eats 2 cups of kibble a day he has all the energy but he seams like he just isn’t able to put on weight. I give him kefir and yogurt or probiotics in capsules. I also have notice a few times , that when he goes 💩 it looks like something very bizarre like some sort of gelatinous oatmeal with speckles of blood but also like mucousy membranes I don’t know what it could be. He doesn’t seem lethargic or sick or anything other than underweight thats why I don’t want to take him to another conventional vet because I have lost faith and trust in them. Help please CAN YOU HELP ME HELP MY BABY. Thank you in advance.

Why does the recipe specify heating SE? I've heated bc the packing directions don't indicate that.

Just use pure coconut oil all over your cats body & leave it for some days, don't bath during this period, again after 4 to 5 days again repeat the process,u will notice a bit change in your cats infection,it may be fungel,or any form of scabies,it helps a lot,but avoid during cold weather or during winter bcoz coconut oil is very much cold in nature,so it can produce cold cough or fever in your pet,use during hot weather or in hot summer time,if used during winter just leave the coconut oil on yout pets body for 4 to 6 hours & then wash it with warm water bath, again repeat after some days,do it as long as your cats fungel skin problems are gone completely, but try to avoid oiling during cold weather, love from india
