Just picked a lawn mower up off my neighbor's trash pile. Noticed it had a different string on it and it was pretty short. Cleaned the carb, got it running and the third time cranking the string popped. Replaced the cord but it had a lot of slack. Being a rookie I cut some string, making my string really short just like the old one. It cranked but the cord still had some slack. About to put ANOTHER string on and try this and hopefully we'll have a decent mower that costed me a few shots of carb cleaner and $8 for 2 pull strings.

Oh ya, just some general stuff can save a service call.. That mower was setting a round a few years. Someone else tried fixing it Oh boy. I'll have a video on that at some point. Thank you for your support
