Just started my first knife last night at work. Was a lil timid at first but first cut came out great. Since at work, a progress. Kinda helps I work in a machine shop. 😂

Hi Erick, just found your channel. You are clearly a very knowledgeable and gifted knife maker. As of yet I have not made a knife but plan to in the future. I liked this video without music. I would however enjoy some voice over on what you are doing and or thinking. I know on my channel I expect viewers to know what I’m doing and learned the obvious is not to most. For example when you put the knife in the oven were you tempering? Temperature? Time? Well done your channel will be popular! Love to see a video on making sheaths. Cheers, Bob

I second this (way too late and don't have my own channel but still)! Fantastic video, and I would like to hear you think out loud as well. I find music mostly irritating and too loud, but in videos that teach me something I want to hear as much info as possible. Giant fan of little knives here btw, they are so underappreciated while they can do 95% of daily edc tasks! I guess it's like with cars: a small one will get you allmost anywhere (tool) but a big fancy one draws attenion (status symbol). It all depends on what you think you need...

I am going to try to make one.

Nice job, next time you could give such a small knife a lanyard hole. With a lanyard (and bead) you have a bit more purchase on the handle. A sort of extension of the handle is what I mean.

My hands are so jacked up that I would probably have trouble with a knife handle that thin and small...but if you like it and whoever buys it from you likes it....who cares what anyone else thinks. Good job bud
