Exactly. When you take a deep breath, your abdomen is going to expand, not go in, duh. So I don't have much faith in what she's saying because if nothing else she didn't explain something right.

Thank you Mam.. for this wonderful informative video. I had my C section in July 2016 n had a swelling which lasted about 4 Months.. I didn't know this condition then. After knowing 3 years ago about it.. I tried to find the exact excercises but I cudn't . Now I will start doing this. But it's been a huge gap since my delivery.. Can I start it now. I am 46 years old. Also when I have to go for some program or function I use tumy tucker.. But that's only for some hours solutions. But the excercise will be permanent solutions.. Will it give results in 6 months. Thank you once again Mam. ❤️❤️

Hi doctor.. I have umblical hernia of 2cm (which I checked 1 year before in 2022) and also diastasis recti of 3 or 4 fingers gap after my 1st baby delivery in 2019.. When I consult doctor he said if you have second baby plan then after that delivery we can make surgery.. But i have no pain.. Sometimes that bulge in the navel goes inside completely that time i feel some mild pain or uncomfortable feel in the hanging part of my belly ( that is I have big belly pretends like am 8 month pregnancy).. Why that uncomfortable feel mam? By doing this exercise can i overcome both my diastasis recti and umblical hernia? Please reply me mam

Immediately post pregnancy 2 fingers gap is ok. If u delivered long back still u have 2 fingers gap then its better u do diastasis recti exercises.
