I did not know vaginismus was a thing until I watched this video. I literally can't stop crying after learning that I'm not the problem and that there's a REASON FOR THIS. Thank you so much, Hitomi. This is a massive breakthrough for me.

Hitomi! Can you do a video on how you make / find friends, especially when moving to new places? Your sisterhood relationships inspire me, and I'd love more friendships in my life. As an adult, I find it's harder to make friends when in a new place!

If you're interested in that idea, as well as the system of accelerators and breaks, these ideas are covered in the Book 'Come As You Are' by Emily Nagoski. An excellent book and a must read for anyone looking to heal or further their relationship with their bodies.

Hii thank you so much for watching and being here with me ❤️ The second quote you mentioned is from the book Come As You Are, by Emily Nagoski. I mentioned it when filming but edited that part out when making the video shorter. I highly recommend it because there is so much potent information about sexuality, including research, examples on how to show up differently to your own sex life and a lot of great prompts ❤️ sending you love!

Maybe check out 'dark night of the soul' and the related concepts, for me it's like a renewal, when your dreams and desires get bigger than what your current self can handle, you let that one die and from it a new self is born, until the same cycle repeats

Watching your channel would make me feel uncomfortable when you would bring up sexual stuff. But I kept thinking why? Why does it make me uncomfortable it’s natural to be sexual. but after watching you for awhile I’ve began to get more comfortable. I’ve also be watching other ppl and talk with other ppl that are open about sexual stuff. And it’s been making me more comfortable and it’s open my mind up. So I hope you keep making videos about sexual feels and stuff. It’s very interesting and I love understanding more. (I hope that made sense) P.s could you make a video on breathing techniques?
