Thanks for the help and instructive video, my Hammond C3 has its vibrato working again.

Fold a piece of thin cardboard and put it between any two white keys and depress one to hold it down. I was taught to make "sleigh bells" on a theater organ by registering Flutes and Strings at 4', with FULL TREMS on the upper manual. Place the cardboard between the highest audible F and G keys, as above. Play songs such as "Frosty" and "Silver Bells" on the lower manual. Just before the chorus is played, depress one or both F and G. You'll hear those "BELLS"!

In case of this organ, I'd replace those wax paper capacitors at the delay line first if the vibrato has a chopping, even helicopter like sound. Just like the filter capacitors on top of the TWG, their capacitance values may have increased dramatically during the decades.

My experience is they will at least double in value, guaranteed, for 50 year old wax caps in the line.
