Thank you for showing us that healthy doesn't have to be boring! My challenge has always been trying to stick with a strict denial based diet. My biggest success came with simple changes..making the smarter, healthier, choices and eating smaller portioned meals more often throughout the day. My biggest surprise came when i decided to cut carbonated becerages from my diet! Wow! I didnt realize wmhiw much that was adding!

I do a similar protein oatmeal except I put my milk and protein in a shaker bottle first then pour it in and heat it at 30 second intervals to prevent the over spill. Just incase you wanna try!

Quest chip taco bowl I was my favorite go to for a while. Crushed bag a chips in the bowl. Taco meat , black beans and well you get the point.

I've seen a lot of videos on Aldi. It seems like a good place for healthy food, but it's not a convenient drive for me. I think you should definitely shop around there , if it's not too far for you.

For your oatmeal, you just need a larger bowl and microwave for 1 min 35 to 40 seconds! And then if it needs more time a bit more. Otherwise it will explode. :)

Bro trust me just cook your oats on the stove top in small pot, let them brown a bit in there for Iike a minute then add your liquid it tastes so much better than microwave

I thought something similar also, but that bread is overpriced and is tough. Probably the worst bread I have honestly tasted. You should try it though, everyone is different!
