When filling a ziplock bag turn down the top edge a bit and you won’t get anything on T zipper part😊 However, YOU did very well👍🏻 I did not see anything smeared on that zipper part🤩

Ok... First thought... Frozen whipped cream not ice cream. But then I tried it. Then added mint extract to one batch. Then added espresso powder to next batch. Man o man... I put each batch in several small ziplock bags and leave in freezer. Breaks up nicely when serving and tastes awesome... Thank you so much for this recipe. No more $6 Rebel for me...👍👍👍👍

Nick I saw a lady make stabilized whip cream by adding Knox gelatin and 2T of very hot water. She let bloom and cook then added to whipped cream and it was amazing how it held its shape. She piped it on top of Keto cupcakes. Gonna try both ways. Thanks for sharing recipe.

You can use stevia instead! Just be sure to do the conversion! Stevia is sweeter, so you'll need less.

might depend on whether your app is correctly calculating the sweeteners - often the apps don't calculate swerve and stevia correctly!
