I do need to replace a bait with similar colors! I caught my best ski on this big tooth maribou with double chartruese blades, gold tinsel. It's a sweet bait and it was ruined (something must have chewed of the maribou). This bait would be a sweet replacement!

That's a quality BuckTail quality components can't be faked. But I'm gonna be starting to make BuckTails with my tax return actually wouldn't mind making a small batch bait company. Need to make this shutdown a positive

Is there a specific reason you use the spring? I have a bunch of tubing from making tube flies and I am just wondering if there’s any reason that wouldn’t work.
