This a beautiful little house. One thing I’d change is eliminate the main floor bedroom in favor of a more roomy living room. This is too small a house for 3 bedrooms, IMHO. Otherwise, I’d love to live in it!

First floor bedroom could be a tiny work space/ home office instead in order to have more living space because now both the bedroom and living room feels suffocating and cramped considering that it was planned for family of 4 ....over all i give the exterior of this house more point than the interior. 👍👍👍

I agree. If the house is meant to sleep 4, then there should be dining space for four and living room seating for 4. Otherwise, family movie night isn't possible; there isn't even room for the kids to stretch out on the floor. Plus, the kids would have to take turns eating. The quality of the design/rendering goes without saying. But no room that bares the title "living room" should be a cramped hallway with a love seat pushed against one side. Bring the house forward, if necessary, but that living room has got to be a tad larger/wider.

I adore these tiny homes but the thought of showering with a toilet grosses me right out. I need the toilet in a separate area. The thought of water touching a toilet and then me makes me want to throw up. I need that piece of tub or tile or porcelain that separates.

lembab di picu karena sirkulasi udara kurang baik, kalo panas memang resiko kita di wilayah tropis, kalo jaman sekarang hampir semua model rumah bakalan terasa panas dan solusinya yang paling mendekati non ac ya bikin rumah yang banyak bukaan...

Rumahnya cantik, konsepnya menarik, cocok untuk rumah pemula. Cuma kamarnya kebanyakan untuk luas 4x7m dan storage-nya kurang banget. Sedikit saran: Maksimal 2 kamar supaya imbang dg kapasitas meja makan, dan diusahakan storage di kamar juga ditambahin, apalagi kamar yg dihuni 2 orang. Lalu space di bawah tangga juga bisa jadi storage. Dan kitchen semungil itu lebih baik kompornya yg 2 tungku, selain compact utk yang biasa masak prepping space penting banget, mungkin bisa diselipin sliding table dibawah prep space yg ada. Sukses ya kedepannya.

All these houses by this company have shoe box style that look like concrete bunkers from WWII. Cramped, no storage, no charm, no individuality. Looks like pods from some SciFi dystopian country. No accommodations for someone in a wheelchair or needing to use a walker. No room to move around inside other then walk thru from the front to the back. Come in sit on the tiny loveseat and watch TV till you step 8 steps into the capsule "bedroom" and struggle to make the bed in the morning. No thanks. These coffins aren't homes, there jail cells with slightly better furniture.

Interesting but way too small for 4 people (parents + 2 kids). I'll never understand why people design spaces where the number of people who are supposed to live inside the house can't sit comfortably in the living room or around the meal table. One couch to fit 4 people right behind the entry door.. You'd have to move your legs to open the door, be cramped on the couch and have nowhere for a guest to sit. You would also have to move the table at every meal to fit 4 around it.The cooking top is right next to the table so nobody can sit at the table near that spot while the cook is busy. I also saw 30cm per step (minus the thickness of the step we should be around 25cm) which is way too much to be comfortable for everyone. A step is usually around 17cm. I think adding around 2m to the house in width and length would make it more functional and comfortable for a family
