Thank you. That is an added benefit to the simple version my physical therapist taught me.

How did you find it? Simple yet effective?

Hi Ed I used to love to exercise years ago I did yoga then I damaged my back I have a herinated disc I did pilates for a while after this.Then I discovered qi gong loved it but on a couple of occasions it caused discomfort to my back.My back pain has got worse after a fall 12 months ago. I feel scared to exercise as I think just one movement might start things off. As recently I only bent to pick something up and my back went. I miss doing some form of exercise and wondered if your exercises are suitable for someone with a herinated disc.

Hi Ed! When I'm in bed, I move my heap and it makes a "crack". It also happened when I do the exercise you gave us in this video. My question is... Is it normal? Is it showing that the heap goes to the normal position? But then, the heap returns to the wrong position again, and the pain returns. Is there another exercise to add during the day? I m adding the walking of the other video too

What are some exercises to do for congenital scoliosis?
@EdPaget3 жыл бұрын
If the scoliosis is congenital then you need to find out what it is that is causing it. For example if you have fused vertebrae then the exercises won't be able to change that.

Just had my l2 L3 fused on nov 24th with ALIF now I still have mostly left buttocks and leg pain. Wearing a brace for 3 months and what could I do before my post op check on Feb 15 ? They removed my totally collapsed disk with Modic 1 and it was bone on bone with excruciating pain. Also tight psoas.

Okay, that now gives me a clue. One side I can really pull but not stretch to the ground, other side I can’t really open my leg, but it easily falls to ground without even a stretch. I need to work on this disbalance. No wonder I have lower back pain

Just had my l2l3 vertebrae fused 6 weeks ago (Nov 24th) lots of left buttocks and leg pain what could I do before my first post op check on February 15th also have lumbar scoliosis this is why they removed the disk which was almost totally collapsed with bone on bone contact and Modic 1 change. Now wearing a rigid plastic brace for 3 months during day time and walking 40 minutes each day. Tight psoas too.

My groin makes a pop sound every time I go up,why is that?
@EdPaget2 жыл бұрын
It’s most likely a tendon flicking over a bone. If it isn’t painful don’t worry about it.
