I should not have watched this before I went to cardiac rehab lol! Your ham or turkey sandwiches always look delicious and much better than mine! I wish I had one right now. I just got home. Rehab is going so well!! It’s my happy place 😊 I’m glad you had a good thanksgiving weekend. I’m looking forward to ours. Great lunches this week-always makes me hungry. Emily is growing so fast and is always happy!!! Loved her ice cream for 'bed lunch'. I've never heard of 'bed lunch' but it sounds delightful!

Another awesome week of school lunches and the kids did much better than last week with eating what you sent. Poor little Emily, she wants lunches so bad, such a cutie. Thanksgiving weekend sounded busy but fun for all, and I bet there was lots of good food. I'm still eating light foods, nothing too rich, or fried, but much blander as I get over being sick. I'm feeling better but the tummy still doesn't want regular food, and water tastes horrible to me right now, so I'm adding lemon juice to it to make it more palatable. I'm sure I'll get there soon. Thanks for sharing with us Lindsay, have a lovely week.

Lol emily needs something to do. Maybe her own focus and sideline gig, things to do, take care of, etc. for importance. I was number five, second to youngest, of six children, and recall it well, even today, decades later. Ginger looked good, would love to see more of her. I use the thermos hack for some of my lunches. Do your kids find that it only really works well to keep things like soups, rices and pasta really hot. Where as other stuff isn’t really hot, just like lukewarm.

@@lifeasthesmjs695 yes, they find the same thing. Even with priming it with boiling water, it doesn't keep things like nuggets hot, just a bit warm.

Since Emily likes to help with the Lunches so much maybe put hers in a container and let her empty her own i think she would like that a lot
