Love the snow flakes, I made the other one you did a tutorial on and made a sort of mobile for my window. I added a fluffy kind of yarn to the border of each snow flake it looks like real snow on them. So much fun .

I used chunky yarn and 8 hook by round 4 my snow flake was huge the size of my whole hand lol but!! Let me say my snow flake was cute! And I was happy with it lol however I will use smaller yarn and hook and do again but right now I'm loving my snowflake anyway.

One more to add since I don't think I have one like this yet for hanging about or on the tree. Thinking I'll try it with a sport cotton and 0 steel :)

Have you seen or used the book, “Crocheting Tablecloths and Placemats”? It was first published in 1941 and again in 1974. Its great for squares and snowflakes. There is another volume I saw for sale a bit ago. It’s by Dover books and edited by Florence Weinstein. Super book.

Do you have more snowflake patterns? I love these. And would love to make a load of them for my windows? Thank you in advance. 🐈 Oooh, I feel silly, I didn't scope the description. Can I make them using size 10 or size 8 crochet thread?

New subscriber your Celtic weave hat tutorial was very good. i would like to know how to enlarge it. The person I'm making this for has an above average head size. how would I enlarge to end with a 4 count without making it to big or going off pattern.

Sir I’m your student and one of your biggest fan...You are the master of granny’s patterns. I have my great grandmother’s pattern, which I’m unable to understand how she made it... if you can share me you email so then you may have a picture... and you will teach that pattern to all your followers and friends.

If you look in the description I believe there is a post box to send things. I'm sure if you send a copy of your grandmother's pattern Fiber Spider would be able to help you. I hope this helps 🙂
