Hey Cory, could you make a video about dealing with injuries? I know all injuries can be different depending the severity of them. But can you make a video talking about your personal injuries and things you did to work around them and how long it took for you to be able to go 100% in training ?

Thanks Sandman. I would love to hear more stuff, just about the psychological piece of how you deal with the ups and downs of being a fighter. How you stay focussed on the long-term and not get caught up on the high of having a big win, or the low of a big loss. I really enjoy your content in and out of the octogon!

You're the man, bro! Your channel is an awesome resource. Hope to see you win the belt soon. Would be interested to hear common misconceptions or mistakes with different techniques, and how a newbie might apply those concept badly; and how any attitude reframes you had while learning different techniques.

i've almost been thinking that while it's sooo serious that there's almost also like a part of 'flow' that happens when the effort remains high but the intention is just to play together like kids at recess. the only reason we think of them as little kids is bc i think a lot of us have lost sense with a willingness to fail over and over and over. You wouldn't just smack a kid hard asf bc u can l0l if you're way better than someone i think it really helps to look at them as like a younger brother. i think there's still utility in it, even if you're just using it as practice to dodge against them and mentally imagine strategies for entering and exiting literally every single time -- like it was real -- but just for pretend
