I've been cooking chicken on by BBQ rotisserie for years and I've always seasoned it before I put it on the spit. I liked your idea to season it on a spit over a bowl. Much more efficient. Great tip! Thanks.

Just got my Weber Genesis II Stainless S-640 6 burner and can't wait to try 2 chickens. Better to get chickens and do them yourself because you can control the ingredients and the sodium levels. Store bought are pumped full of sodium so that they are appealing and get people to crave more. Quicker isn't always better. Plus you can really play with different flavour mixes or herbs. Thank you Weber for a superior product. Just a little irked to not have a gourmet BBQ grate for my grill since I've already gotten the pizza stone and the griddle pan for that reason. Glad I didn't get the Wok before finding this out. And thanks for the tasty ideas and instructor. Lol. Delicious!!

Webber Grill, Thank you, for making this Video to a person who doesn't cook on the barbie at all. But. What I like about this I can do all the meat stuff for the bird & just hand it off to my older brother who loves cooking on the barbie. And then we get a Good Cooked Chicken to have for a Lunch or Dinner meal. I wanted to turn some of it into Chicken Casserole. So, Like you said Cook a Bird. COOL, I think. Thanks again. A 61 yrs. Young Old Single Women & Mother yrs. ago. Now Child is All Grown up. COOL. Sincerely, Elsa R. (From out in California). Bye for now. May God & Jesus take Good care of you. :-).

My Weber Genesis Grill's rotisserie mounting is too low for convenient use. Got to remove grates and set a drip pan on flavorizer bars. Must use a small chicken that when trussed up with string will not drag parts on the drip pan. If you want to rotisserie two birds, need big drip pan. Just wish Genesis rotisserie assembly mounted a few inches higher including motor bracket and pivot points.
