@@ButtercutBakery Ahh, I see...well, I've studied Einstein extensively which tells me: If I go to the "white cake" video, followed by the "lemon curd" video, ending with a buttercream frosting video, (- any chocolate + mc2), then my calculations tells me that "white cake w/lemon filling" is the result!! AMAZING how far modern day science has come! 🎂🍋

If baking cakes at a lower temperature gives a flatter cake, then why do recipes have you bake with a higher temperature? Are the recipes trying to keep the "home baker" down & inferior so the pros can hoard all the secrets? 🤔
