I suggest soldering the wires to pinheaders (especially the ones for power). That will make it much easier to connect them to breadboard.

I've got a bunch of different wire strippers and I still grab my cutters to strip wire most of the time.

This is what I fear will happen if I buy wire strippers lol. I love the silicone insulated wiring because you can use your thumbnail to peel it off super easily!

You could always use an 8ohm resistor with each speaker instead of using 2 speakers per channel.

You are 100% correct, and I only thought of that after filming the episode /facepalm

I have these which work very well for thin wires up to the inner strands of regular mains cable. The outer sheathing was too thick to fit in to them though and has to be removed old school style: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SELF-ADJUSTABLE-AUTOMATIC-CABLE-WIRE-CRIMPER-CRIMPING-TOOL-STRIPPER-PLIER-CUTTER/372725474397?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 Andreas Spiess reviewed a bunch (kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3WqopyndpmnkNE), including one similar to the ones I have, he discounted his because the cutters were poor. My versions has seemingly longer cutters, made of some proper steel though still not replaceable. I'm happy with mine so far though there is an upper limit on the wire size that can be stripped. It claims to do 10-22 AWG.

you should connect 5-10 watt 4 ohm speaker

These things toss out far too much RF for my tastes. Really bad if you run long wires off them. Probably not even legal to use in most countries. I like Class D amps, just not the PAM8403 or 8610's.

22:40 "they're not very high quality speakers" ya think? No shit sherlock. Why didn't you test it properly with some better speakers. Say some 2W 8ohm ones from a portable stereo, a TV or headphones.
