Chris... You should thoroughly read the manual and understand the product before talking about it. The 'manual pump button' isn't that... That confusing button is actually the bottle eject release. Did you pumps come with 3 straws of differing diameter? Are those not important to mention? Well... those allow you to alter the foam to be more wet or more dry! A lot of control, but I personally find the hand distance for volume control fussy and inconsistent.

Hi Ivan. Thanks for the feedback. You are correct about the orange button. That is the cartridge release and I misspoke during the unboxing and did not clarify during the demonstration portion of the video - I accidentally cut that part out during editing. Good call out though. As for the straw, my units only came with 1 "priming tool", not 3, which is shown in the unboxing. My instructions also do not mention anything about differing straw sizes and only indicates that the single tool is used to prepare and clear obstructions in the pump (which I mentioned in the video). Mine does not have the option to adjust the wetness or dryness nor is that indicated in my manual. This is also not listed on the Simplehuman site. You may have a different model or version. when it comes to the amount of foam being dispensed. I haven't run into any issues. hands close to the dispenser usually dispenses a smaller amount of foam than when I place my hands further down near the base. The one annoyance I have run into is when on occasion some soap is left on the nozzle and I try to remove it causing it to dispense more soap (same when we try to clean it without shutting it off). I appreciate and value the feedback and input!

I don't have a simple human one. But I do have a automatic foam sensor dispenser by Cadrim and I have 4 unit's which are all working flawlessly.

How are you liking that brand? I love the Simple Human dispensers, but am always willing to try other brands for a comparison

@@ChrisLoh I'm really enjoying it. Does the job and I got great value for money. I can choose between 10ml dispense or a 20ml dispense. I can Also turn it completely off should I need to. It's also pretty quiet surprisingly.

mine in the mail.....it needs to hurry. i got foam one and ligid one. this way i can use foaming hand sanitizer and cleansing lotion.

Excellent. We actually have 2 in the kitchen now as well. One for hand soap and the other for dishwashing soap. Many uses for this 😀

​@@ChrisLohI have dispensing problems too. We just bought it. 😔 So we are sending it back. It is dispensing the foam very stuttery, spitting in short increments. Making it splatter all around, instead of flowing on your hand. So it gets everywhere, on the wall, clothes and so on. Was a pretty expensive purchase so I feel bummed out.

It is a piece of crap! It only last for a month, please don’t waste your money.

All of mine are still working. We have 6 of them around the house. Have been using them for over 6-8 months now. We had one which we had to exchange out of the box, but the replacement has been working great. Battery life is short though and lasts about a month before needing a recharge, but so far that is the only issue I’ve had with these
