I feel exactly the same way! I wish I had been able to do things like this in my younger years and I tried my best with two young girls to bring as much adventure into the great outdoors that a single mom is capable of but I sure would have loved to have had a companion and lover to share in all the heavy lifting because oh the adventures we would have had! Now I’m happy to just have a wonderful husband that shares in daily life and takes such amazing care of me! It’s so much fun to watch your videos!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻🥰🇨🇦

My husband and I have been married for over 51 years. Most of our free time has been spent in a boat or out on the ice. My husband has some health issues which have kept us from fishing the past couple years. We will miss it greatly, but thankful for all the memories But we sure have the great memories, and have eaten many a walleye together. I'm so happy to see couples younger than us enjoy this kind of life, even the Yahtzee games. We also enjoyed cribbage.

Tip about that lantern case. If you do not have it snapped in EXACTLY SECURELY, the bottom will drop out with the lantern and you'll be replacing globes on a regular basis. I purchased a new lantern in such a case and the first thing that happened when it was opened was the bottom dropping out and the globe breaking. The best lantern cases Coleman ever made were the yellow clam shell types that can only be found on eBay. Even if the lantern rolls around in that thing, they will not break.

A helpful tip when an elderly dog has trouble getting up ,and even walking. Put a towel under their tummy and gently lift until they are standing, assist them for a couple of steps in case they fall over or even for a short 'walkies' or until they can walk on their own. Another tip cut up a fleece jumper and stitch inside their dog coats for extra warmth It is so obvious the care you show your doggy family and all your animals and the empathy that you both have for everything around you.
